Consent to Electronic Agreement

This notice is being provided to you electronically.

This Online Banking product is not available at this web site unless you accept electronic disclosures. If you do not consent to receiving this agreement electronically, your application for online banking services cannot be completed at this web site.

If you consent, you will receive our AllTime Online Banking Services Agreement ("the Agreement") electronically. This Agreement provides you with information about the AllTime Online Banking and Bill Payment services and related disclosures, including your rights and our obligations under the federal Electronic Funds Transfers Act and its implementing Federal Reserve Board Regulation E. After providing consent, you may request a paper copy of this Agreement by writing to: Online Banking Department, P.O. Box 60839, Santa Barbara, CA 93160.

If you consent to the Electronic Disclosure, you also agree to notify us if your e-mail address changes by contacting us at 1-888-400-7228, by e-mailing us, or by changing your contact information in the Self Service area of your AllTime Online account.

If, after providing consent to receiving emails regarding results of the investigations of any EFT errors you tell us about, OR providing consent to receiving emails regarding problems with the AllTime Online Banking System, you determine that you no longer wish to receive such communications electronically, you may withdraw your consent at any time by calling 1-888-400-7228. However, if you do choose to opt out of either, you will terminate your participation in AllTime Online Banking. You may also withdraw your consent to receiving electronic disclosures for Bill Payment, External Transfers or Account Aggregation Services, however, should you elect to withdraw your consent, you will not be eligible to participate in any of these services.

To receive this Agreement you will need a computer and a printer.

Please read this Agreement, and print or download a copy for your records. If your computer hardware and software will not allow you to display the Agreement in its entirety or if it will not allow you to retain a copy of the Agreement, do not give your consent.
