How do I disable pop-up blockers to enable additional online functionality?
You can temporarily allow pop-ups while you are working in AllTime Online (ATO). For detailed information on how to do this, please go to the How To Allow AllTime Online Pop-ups tutorial.
What accounts will I see on my profile?
You can view all of your checking, savings, CD, IRA, and personal loan accounts including maturity dates, terms, and interest rates.
How do I change my login information?
Your Login ID cannot be changed. To change your password and security questions, select the following from the options offered in the "Self Service" section of ATO:
Password Change
- Click on the "Self Service" tab
- Under "Preferences", choose "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password and confirm your new password
- Click on "Change Password"
Change Security Questions
- Click on the "Self Service" tab
- Under "Personal Information", choose "Change Security Questions and Answers"
- In order to change your security questions, you must first correctly answer one of your existing security questions
- Click to choose the question(s) you would like to change and select new question(s) from the drop down list and provide your answer(s)
- Click "Update Questions/Answers"
How do I nickname my account(s)?
To add or change a nickname on an account:
- Click on the "Self Service" tab
- Click on "Manage Account Preferences"
- Enter the account nickname(s) in the "Account Nickname" field
- Click "Update Preferences"
How much history can I see?
Two years of account history will accumulate and display over time.
How do I sign up for Quicken/QuickBooks?
AllTime Online provides direct integration with personal financial software such as Intuit Quicken and QuickBooks. Please refer to your documentation for these products for more information.
To enroll:
- Click on the "Self Service" tab
- Click on "Personal Financial Management (OFX)"
- Enter your User ID and Password in the required fields and click "Enroll"
Your account will be activated the following business day.
When accessing your personal financial software, please choose Pacific Capital Bank, N.A. from the list of financial institutions. For further assistance, please review the help menu within that application.
How do I view other accounts I have online at other institutions?
To view accounts with other institutions, brokerage services and credit card companies:
- From the "Accounts" tab click on "External Accounts"
- Select "to manage your external accounts, click here"
- Click "Add Accounts"
- Search for the financial institution
- Select the institution name
- Enter your login credentials
- Select accounts to include
- Confirm
What is the cut off time for transfers?
Same day transfers may be transacted Sunday through Saturday till 10:00pm PT. Transfer requests received after 10:00pm PT will be processed the following business day.
How do I pay off my loan?
To request and make a pay off on your loan or line of credit please call Customer Service at 1-888-400-7228, Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm PT and Saturday, 8am-5pm PT.
What is the daily dollar limit for external transfers?
You can transfer up to $25,000.00 daily. The processing period for external transfers to complete is 3-5 business days. During this period, a total cumulative of $25,000.00 is allowed to be outstanding.
How do I change my default funding account?
To change your default funding account:
- Select the "Bill Pay" tab and click on "Funding Accounts"
- Under default accounts, click the Change link on the account you wish to change to primary
- The new primary default account will only be used for setting up new payees
For existing payees and scheduled payments, to change the default funding account:
- Select the payee and click on "Change Options"
- From the "Funding Account" drop down, select the default account that you wish to change to primary
- Select "Save Changes"
How do I update payee information?
To modify a payee:
- Select the "Bill Pay" tab and click on "Payees"
- Click on the Payee name
- Click "Change Information"
- Enter the updated information
- Click "Save Changes"
How do I change e-mail notification for a payee?
To change notification for a payee:
- Select the "Bill Pay" tab and click on "Payees"
- Under E-mail notifications click on "Change"
- Click "Change E-mail notifications"
- Click "Save Changes"
How do I schedule an Alert?
To set-up alerts for balances, transactions, and messages:
- Click on the "Alerts" tab and choose "Scheduled Alerts"
- Click on the type of alert that you would like to establish
- Fill in the boxes to set your alert criteria and click "Next"
- Verify the alert
- Click "Schedule Alert"
