How do I disable pop-up blockers to enable additional online functionality?

What accounts will I see on my profile?

You can view all of your checking, savings, CD, IRA, and personal loan accounts including maturity dates, terms, and interest rates.

How do I change my login information?

Your Login ID cannot be changed. To change your password and security questions, select the following from the options offered in the "Self Service" section of ATO:

Presently, history is displayed from July 2007 forward, and it will accumulate and display 2 years of history over time.

How do I sign up for Quicken/QuickBooks?

AllTime Online provides direct integration with personal financial software such as Intuit Quicken and QuickBooks. Please refer to your documentation for these products for more information.

What is the cut off time for transfers?

Same day transfers may be transacted Sunday through Saturday till 10:00pm PT. Transfer requests received after 10:00pm PT will be processed the following business day.

How do I pay off my loan?

To request and make a pay off on your loan or line of credit please call Customer Service at 1-888-400-7228, Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm PT and Saturday, 8am-5pm PT.

What is the daily dollar limit for external transfers?

You can transfer up to $25,000.00 daily. The processing period for external transfers to complete is 3-5 business days. During this period, a total cumulative of $25,000.00 is allowed to be outstanding.
